2. Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
• On-call services must be booked at least 4 hours prior (subject to availability).
• Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services require booking 24 hours in advance.
• Regular cleaning services also require booking 24 hours in advance.
• Services are provided throughout the week from Saturday to Friday, 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
• Any changes in the regular service schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Service Rates and Payment

• QR 30 per hour for normal cleaning (minimum 4 hrs. service).
• QR 40 per hour for normal cleaning with materials (minimum 4 hrs. service).
• QR 50 per hour for deep cleaning (required manpower confirmed after property inspection).
• Payments are due upon completion of services via cash, cheque, or online transfer.
• Rates may change with one month’s prior notice.

4. Personnel Conduct and Regulations

• Cleaners wear a uniform (Royal Blue Polo T-Shirt) and maintain neat appearances.
• Personal phone calls are not permitted during working hours.
• Cleaners are not allowed to request gifts or money from clients.
• Any valuable tips or gifts provided by clients must be reported to the office for record-keeping

5. Liability and Damage

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left unsecured during cleaning.
• Clients must report any damage on the same day. We will investigate and resolve issues promptly.
• Compensation for damages is limited to QR 500 or the value of the item, whichever is lower.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Frequent cancellations may result in a review of the service agreement.

7. Termination

• The contract may be terminated by either party with one week’s notice.

8. Relationship of Parties

• Doha Bright Cleaning Service is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.
• Any disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities in Qatar.

10. Amendments

• Any amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.

Scope of Work – Doha Bright Cleaning Service

1. General Cleaning

A. Living Room Cleaning, Bedroom Cleaning, Balcony Cleaning, and Lobby Cleaning

• General dusting and wiping of all surfaces.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and dusting furniture, décor, and knick-knacks.
• Wiping doors, window sills, and baseboards.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Dusting closet exteriors and interiors (upon request).
• Spot-cleaning stains on all types of floors.

B. Bathroom Cleaning

• Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets.
• Cleaning sinks, countertops, and cabinet faces.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing shower/tub walls and fixtures.
• Disinfecting flooring and high-touch surfaces.

C. Kitchen Cleaning

• Cleaning and wiping exterior of large appliances.
• Cleaning the microwave (inside and out).
• Cleaning countertops and cabinet faces.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and surrounding areas.
• Cleaning the exhaust fan.

D. Outdoor/Garage Areas (Available Upon Request)

• Sweeping or washing porch and stairs.
• Cleaning yard area (if applicable).

2. Deep Cleaning (Empty Premises)

Deep cleaning requires an on-site inspection to determine the number of cleaners needed. A dedicated team, supervised by a trained professional, will perform a thorough cleaning of the entire property.

A. Living Room Cleaning, Bedroom Cleaning, Balcony Cleaning, and Lobby Cleaning

• Scrub stovetop, oven, and cooker hood.
• Clean refrigerator and microwave (inside and out).

D. Bedroom Cleaning & Living Room Cleaning

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean inside and outside of closets.
• Vacuum sofas and upholstery.

E. Outdoor Cleaning & Garage Cleaning (Available Upon Request)

• Sweep or wash porch and stairs.
• Clean the yard area (if applicable).
